Amanda ten Wolde (Amsi) founded Beach-Street from a lifelong love of the ocean and a dedication to sustainability. Growing up between the Netherlands, Spain, and the Caribbean, Amanda developed a deep fascination with marine life.
Her early experiences surfing and diving sparked a connection to nature that has shaped her personal and professional journey As she travelled the world and experienced diverse cultures, Amanda cultivated a strong appreciation for responsible living and environmental stewardship. Inspired by this passion, she co-founded Beach-Street with her mother, Monique, to create products that are not only safe for the skin but also for the oceans.
Amanda’s vision is to inspire others to make mindful choices, bridging sustainability, quality, and lifestyle. Her story from curious young diver to globe-trotting professional and successful entrepreneur reflects a lifelong commitment to protecting, celebrating, and preserving the natural world.

We founded Boldwill (formerly Iron Roots) because we believed there was a need for a sustainable and healthy alternative to synthetic sportswear.
More than 90% of sportswear is made from fossil-based plastics, which not only harm the environment but are also mixed with numerous harmful chemicals during the production process. This discovery set us on a journey to create positive change in the industry through pioneering and innovating with novel technologies and plant-based
materials.
It is our goal to inspire others to take incremental steps into a better future, whether that be through sports, health, or creating the next impact product. By connecting sustainability, design, and functionality, we aim to create not only more sustainable and healthy products but also ones that look and perform better in the long run.
