Return & Refund Policy (Retail)
At Beach-Street International, we take great pride in our reputation for quality and customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase, except any sale items marked as final sale. Exchanges can be made at discretion of our customer concierge team based on product availability. These returns and exchanges may only be made for Beach-Street products purchased at www.beach-street.com. If your items were purchased through one of our authorized retailers, please return them to the location where they were purchased.

- Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be made in the form of the original payment, minus expedited shipping costs.
- Please be advised that any product adverse reaction returns do require extra processing time and completion of data collection form to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Please note that it can take up to 10 business days to process a return or exchange. Processing times can be extended within 6 weeks of sitewide promotional periods due to high volume. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
- No refunds or exchanges will be accepted on final sale items.
- All exchanges are final transactions and do not qualify for additional exchange or return.
All returned items must be in original packaging, may not be altered, and must contain at least 50% of the product. Any free promotional items or gifts with purchase must also be returned. We reserve the right to deny the return or exchange if the item is not returned complete with original packaging.
We will process one return per order, meaning that if your order contains more than one item and you wish to return or exchange more than one item, they must be processed together. We accept up to three individual returns or exchanges in a 365-day period. After three returns or exchanges, you may make another once 365 days have passed.
We reserve the right to refuse or deny any return requests or refunds at any time based on policy or program abuse. We may also change or update this return policy at any time.
BROKEN / DAMAGED / INCORRECT ITEMS
Once your order arrives, please examine it for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. If your item arrives broken or damaged, we hope you’ll allow us to make it right. Please contact us within 24 hours of your package arriving so that a damage claim can be processed through the transportation company. Please do not throw away or destroy any part of the packaging, box, or products, or we will not be able to assist you with a return or exchange.
If you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the product. Please do not throw away or destroy any part of the packaging, box, or products, or we will not be able to assist you with a return or exchange.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are outside of our return period, and your product turns out to be defective, please contact us for assistance. Please keep in mind that our products are meant to be used daily and last up to 90 days to ensure the product performs as expected. We reserve the right to refuse or deny a return or exchange for product that was purchased more than 90 days in the past.

The following return and exchange policy applies to all B2B transactions:
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
- Products received in damaged or defective condition
- Incorrect items supplied in the shipment
- Products exhibiting a verified manufacturing fault
Please note: We do not accept returns for change of mind or unsold inventory.
Notification Period
Any discrepancies or issues with your order must be reported to our team within 7 business days of receipt. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for return or credit.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return:
- Contact our B2B support team at order@beach-streetcosmetics.com with:
- Your order number
- A detailed description of the issue
- Supporting photographs (if applicable)
- Once your return is approved, instructions will be provided for the return shipment.
- All items must be returned within 14 days of approval, in their original, unused, and unopened condition with complete packaging.
Resolution Options
Upon inspection and approval of the returned goods, we will:
- Issue a replacement, or
- Provide a credit note applicable to your next order
- The resolution method will be determined based on stock availability and the nature of the return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products returned outside the approved timeframe
- Goods that have been opened, used, or damaged post-delivery
- Clearance, discontinued, or end-of-life stock
This Refund & Return Policy (“Policy”) applies to all wholesale transactions conducted through the www.beach-street.com website (“Website”) and is governed by Dutch law.
General Provisions
By placing a wholesale order with Beach-Street, you (“Wholesale Customer” or “Buyer”) agree to be bound by the terms set forth in this Policy. This Policy forms an integral part of the wholesale agreement between Beach-Street and the Wholesale Customer.
